Manage Concierges / PA’s

 

Concierge / PA List

 

This page lets you view all concierges / PA’s subscribed to your programme, their personal details and change their statuses. Once concierge / PA status is changed he receives an automated email notification. The same notification is sent to the restaurant email address configured on Alter Restaurant Details screen.

 

Restaurant always has the ability to disable any concierge / PA account. This means that disabled user will not be able to make online reservations only in that restaurant.

 

You can override the following privileges of concierges / PA’s:

      Ignore rules in the booking process

      Allow cancellation of bookings

      Ignore "Max number of covers/bookings per time interval" value

      Ignore rules in the booking process on current day only

      Ignore "Max number of covers/bookings per time interval" value on current day only

 

To go to configuration of individual user privileges click Setup link.

 

Concierge / PA List page provides also the list of users who are at trigger point and have not redeemed reward yet. The system stores the history of redeemed rewards (with dates) and operators will be able to view it.

 

Concierge / PA Group

 

This is a standard restaurantdiary group for concierges / PA's and it cannot be edited; neither can other groups be added at present. On this page you can override the following privileges for this group:

      Ignore rules in the booking process

      Allow cancellation of bookings

      Ignore "Max number of covers/bookings per time interval" value

      Ignore rules in the booking process on current day only

      Ignore "Max number of covers/bookings per time interval" value on current day only

 

By default Concierge / PA group has only one of the above privileges – to cancel bookings.

 

Reward

 

On this page you can set up the number of bookings concierge / PA should make online to be rewarded.

 

To view users who are at a trigger point and has not redeemed reward yet please go to Concierge / PA List.
