The service settings are key to running the Christmas services; these can be configured to ease the turn in the restaurant and notify the customer of what their time at table is.
Turn Time – This is the time allocated INBETWEEN bookings, a padding to allow you to reset the table. This is subtracted from the Average Time and indicated to the customer in their confirmation email (If you are using custom HTML emails you will need to look at the CONDITIONAL tags).
Leave Time Confirmation – The leave time can be FORCED upon the customer when booking online and internally. This will allow you to take Internet booking for a set party size knowing they have been informed correctly of the time at table.
Covers/Bookings per Interval – This is the key to controlling the amount of covers that can be taken at a particular time. This is usually increased if you are running distinct service times within your restaurant.
