I would like to build a new list
The below image outlines how to create a marketing list for your restaurant. You can filter you customer database for customers who have booked more than X times, booked through a particular source, dined with a certain promotion and/or have an upcoming birthday. There is a vast list of filterable options, all or none can be enabled. None would be enabled should you wish to market to all customers within the database.

In addition to filters, date ranges can be employed should you wish to only market to customers who dined in the last day, week, month or year. Any range can be applied; this can be configured for the day they booked or the day the dined.
Finally, you can configure what media field you wish to have, email and/or mobile. Traditionally, With Email should be set to Yes. When all of your parameters have been set, you must click Build List followed by Save List. This newly created list will now appear in Customer Contact -> Manage Marketing List.
